Erla Audunsdottir works with sculpture and installation, exploring the relationship between labour, care, power, and value. Through shifts and transformations of monumental, historical, and everyday forms, she examines how established hierarchies and narratives can be opened up to new readings.Her works move between the monumental and the vulnerable, addressing dependency, community, and forms of labour that often remain invisible. Audunsdottir completed a master’s degree at the Art Academies in Oslo and Bergen in 2023.
